Who Am I?
Hello, everyone! Welcome to my blog/website/portfolio. I'm Christina Martinez, a rising senior at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). I entered college undeclared, but I am now a proud English major specializing in creative writing. I do technically have a minor, but it's getting dropped (I just had too many interests and I couldn't stick to one thing!). I'm from San Diego, CA, but my studies mean I spend more time in Los Angeles. Originally, the plan was to create a website so I could collect my publicly accessible work into a portfolio, but I then I thought: "why not start a blog as well?" It turns out that unless I'm writing for school, work, or another one of my many commitments, I don't end up writing for myself. I'm hoping to at least update this blog at least once a month with my thoughts, small creative projects, and updates on my writing progress. Currently, I'm a contributor to Women's Republic and a staff reporter for AGENCY LMU. ...
